Chase by Raleigh Ruebins

Chase was an intense and memorable story with opposites attracts that couldn’t let go of each other. Chase and Logan were both intriguing characters, and their romance was far from conventional. They were both struggling when they first met, and things almost felt toxic between them initially, both spiralling together. It was definitely a case of meeting the right person at the wrong time.

Them reuniting again after a year made all the difference – they were both in better places and while their chemistry was still intense, things felt more settled between them. I loved how they found the way back to each other, and the sense of a second chance romance that the time apart added. It was a story that didn’t really remind me of anything I’ve ever read before, and it had me hooked from the first chapter!

How it begins…

I knew it would be a bad idea to come to the bar in broad daylight. Thinking with my dick is never the best choice, but it doesn’t ever seem to stop me.

“Are you going to freak out if I kiss you?”
His pupils flare. “Probably. Yes.”
I nod. “You want me to do it anyway?”
“Chase, right now I’d probably let you do anything. Do it without asking.”
