The books are all connected to the company Four Bears Construction and the men who work there, so be prepare for a lot of construction innuendos and shenanigans. (And no, no shifters in this one – only the human kind of bears!)

The series has some ups and downs but I really enjoyed the stories and characters. There’s a variety of tropes and I really like that most of the MCs are in their 40s, even though some of them act like frat boys at times. Even if they don’t have to be read in order I would recommend it, since all of the characters reappear throughout the series.
