“But tell me more about this tongue thing. I can do that to his ass?”
Jason drops his face into his hands.
Yeah. I think this whole queer-awakening thing is going smashingly.

I laughed my way through this one and had a great time with Brad and his Joey-roo!

I was thrilled when Emmy Sanders announced that Brad would get his own story, and it ended up being an absolute delight of a story! Brad was the most golden retriever character ever, all happiness and vibes, being adorably clueless, and Joey should probably be awarded some kind of prize for his patience and persistence.

Their story was full of hilarious moments and a lot of innuendos, but also friendship, affection and sweetness. It was easy to see how Joey mistook Brad’s friendliness and affection as flirting, and there ended up being quite a bit of pining in the first half. It made my heart a little achy how Joey put his own heart at risk just to let Brad be his affectionate self with him, while Joey was crushing hard on him.

Brad had some great support from Jason and Cas, even if some of the interactions left them quite befuddled and exasperated… Brad was a lot at times, but he was also the sweetest guy and his heart was definitely in the right place. It was cute to see him being all confused about his feelings around Joey, and the possessiveness he obviously felt whenever he tried to be Joey’s wingman. Brad’s sexual discovery was pretty swift and low angst, and the second half of the book was super sweet and romantic.

10 Ways to Accidentally Fall in Love was everything I could have ever wished for when it came to Brad’s story, and I never wanted it to end. It was super entertaining and I loved all of the banter, humour and romance. The glimpses of the Elite 8 Studios guys was a treat as well, and I’m sure I’ll come back to Brad and Joey’s story a lot. I honestly can’t recommend this one enough for the next time you’re in the mood for a low angst and lighthearted rom-com!

“You’re trouble,” I tell him.
He pouts. “I thought you said I was a good boy.”
I bite my lip. “Do you wanna be?”
“This feels like a trick question,” he says slowly.
