Christmas on Stardust Lane by Garrett Leigh

Let’s take a little look inside of Christmas on Stardust Lane by Garrett Leigh.

I love it when Garrett Leigh writes sweet & swoony holiday stories, and this one had the perfect combination of hurt / comfort, bruised and battered MCs, and Christmas magic!

I adored Tam, the big, tattooed and grumpy ex-biker – who turned out to be a natural caretaker and a bit of a soft around Bhodi. These two were both so protective of their hearts, but they couldn’t quite resist the pull they felt towards each other either. It’s the perfect read for when you want an emotional holiday read with a touch of angst to it!

How it begins…

I can count on one hand the things in life that make me truly irritable. Multi-coloured Christmas lights score high. My brother bending my ear about shit I’ve already said no to a thousand goddamn times is top of the fucking list.

Tropes

  • holiday
  • forced proximity
  • hurt / comfort
  • hookups to lovers
  • slow burn

“You don’t get lonely?”
“So fucking lonely.” Tam touches his good hand to his chest. “But I’ve been broken before, and I don’t have the energy to fix myself again.”

What to expect

  • landlord / tenant
  • sweet & emotional
  • fantastic hurt / comfort
  • stubborn & tattooed ex-biker
  • bruised & battered MCs
  • Rudy the chihuahua
  • a touch of Christmas magic

My body is a map of scars and bad decisions, but I’m not shy. How Bhodi makes me feel is part of me, and I’m not afraid to show him.
