Immersion Play by Katherine McIntyre

Let’s take a little look inside of Immersion Play by Katherine McIntyre, the first book in the Leather and Lattes series.

I adored this story! Micah and Parker had a ton of chemistry and I loved their connection. I always enjoy a story with a bratty boy, and Micah turned out to be a total brat, and it was so much fun to see him test the boundaries and mouth off at Parker. Parker was a softer Daddy Dom and the perfect match for Micah and his kink exploration.

Despite the heavier topics that were present here, it was still a light-hearted and sweet read with low angst. It was an entertaining and steamy read, with a great mix of self-discovery, hurt / comfort, kink and found family!

How it begins…

Step one to the fresh start handbook: get a new job.
Micah rolled the sleeves of his lavender button-down up to the elbow, not wanting to appear too formal for his last interview of the day.

Parker tightened his grip around his hip. “My god,” he murmured, his voice like gravel and silk. “I’ve never met someone in more need of a spanking. You just can’t behave, can you?”

Butterflies swarmed, swooping in Micah’s gut.
He was so far out of his depth with this man.
