“So you went out to apologize to that adorable boy, and instead ended up bringing him home with you like he’s one of these kittens here.”
Hell’s Kitten was a really sweet and cute story, featuring a grumpy biker Daddy, an adorable, sunshiny boy and a lot of cats!
It was hard not to fall for Jessie, he was super cute and I loved his energy! He made me smile a lot through the story, and it was great to see him find a place with Nim where he could be himself and explore his kitten side. I liked how Nim was this tough and grumpy biker on the outside, but a total marshmallow on the inside. He was so soft and caring towards Jessie and the cats, which melted my heart.
I couldn’t help but wish for a little more focus on the romance and relationship between Nim and Jessie though. Most of the focus was on the small town, Paddle Creek, and the corruption of it, and there was quite a lot of drama that resulted in lack of communication between the characters. The whole thing just ended up feeling a bit repetitive and immature to me.
Hell’s Kitten was overall an enjoyable and charming story, full of sweetness and also a bit of drama. I liked Jessie and Nim together and would have loved to see more of their kink dynamic. If you’re looking for a quick and entertaining read with lots of cats, a little kink and plenty of cuteness, you might like this one!
This is my town. My family. My cats. My kitten.
I protect what’s mine.
