Today we’re taking a little look inside of Christmas on Firefly Hill by Garrett Leigh.
Logan and Remy had me totally captivated from the start! I loved their missed opportunity combined with their chance meeting, it was such a great foundation for their story. While it was mostly a sweet and cosy read, it still had a bit of grit to it, in true Garrett Leigh spirit.
Christmas on Firefly Hill was a realistic story with an almost magical feel to it, the writing was gorgeous and I loved connection and chemistry between Logan and Remy. This book is the perfect addition to your Christmas reading list!
How it begins…
The night is hot and humid, thick August air heavy in the sky. There are no clouds, just smoke trails from the fire show I’m marshalling, the smell of paraffin heady with danger.
