All three books are connected to the restaurant The Pear Tree and its staff, and each book contains a different couple. For most part the stories are low angst and sweet, things get a little more angsty and emotional in the second book though, since the MCs share a complicated history with each other.

I thought this series was so sweet and (for the most part) lighthearted! Charlie has the ability to write the sweetest characters and I really enjoyed their stories and the setting.
